How do I use the Itch Hero relief patches?
Cleanse, disinfect and dry the area before applying a fresh Itch Hero Relief Patch.
Use as needed, but do not keep one on longer than 48 hours.
For best results, replace every 24 hours to ensure safety and effectiveness!
When should I not use the Itch Hero relief patches?
For external use only. Do not apply to open cuts, wounds, burns, rashes, infections, or other skin conditions. Avoid sensitive areas around the eyes. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any irritation or discomfort.
Why is there white stuff appearing in my patch?
The white substance in your patch is a mixture of pus, oil, and fluids drawn out from the bite by the hydrocolloid. This process helps remove impurities and supports healing. When the patch turns white, it indicates that it has absorbed enough fluids and best to be replaced with a fresh patch!

How much does delivery cost?
For Hong Kong customers, a HKD25 delivery fee applies, with free delivery on orders over HKD500.
